How to ask for deletion

• Write to contact@free-work-bot.com from your account e-mail address, with the subject "FreeworkBot account deletion".
• We may ask you to confirm your identity.
• Our team handles your request manually, within 30 days, and confirms the deletion by e-mail.

Before you ask

You can also simply turn automatic applications off: the app then stops applying, without deleting your account.

If you have an active Professional subscription, cancel it before your request: deleting the account does not cancel it with our payment provider.

Data deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• Your search preferences (roles, skills, locations, daily rate, keywords).
• Your credentials.
• Your CVs and your cover message.
• Your offer history (applied, viewed, skipped) and the fit analyses.
• The requests sent to the AI (the CV and offer text sent) and the analyses produced.
• Your connection logs (IP address, browser).
• Your push notification tokens.

Data kept

• Billing data (invoices, orders, payments): kept 10 years, in line with legal obligations.
• At third-party AI providers, how long the requests they received are kept is governed by their own policy: we do not control it.
