Cookie policy

This page describes exactly what FreeworkBot stores in your browser (cookies and local storage). There is no advertising cookie, no audience measurement and no third-party tracker.

1. On the public pages

A visitor who only reads the public pages receives no cookie. Only your own choices are remembered: the language ("lang" cookie) and the theme ("freeworkbot-layout-config" key), when you change them.

2. What is stored

After sign-in, the application stores the following:

lang (cookie, 365 days): chosen language, fr or en. Preference.
cookieconsent_status (cookie, 365 days): your choice in the cookie banner, shown in the application. Preference.
data (local storage, until sign-out): sign-in session, encrypted. Essential.
session_id (local storage, until sign-out): session identifier for real-time updates. Essential.
freeworkbot-session-hint (local storage, until the session expires): role and expiry date, with no token or identity, to redirect you to your dashboard. Essential.
freeworkbot-layout-config (local storage, no expiry): theme and menu size. Preference.
fcmToken (local storage): push notification token, only if you turn them on. Functional.

3. Payment pages

Payment is made on the pages of Creem, our Merchant of Record. These pages may store their own cookies, governed by Creem's policy.

4. Managing your preferences

You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings; signing out clears the session but keeps your theme. You can also reopen the preferences banner with the button below. Deleting essential data signs you out.

5. Changes and contact
