These terms govern access to and use of FreeworkBot. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. Publisher

2. The service
FreeworkBot is a smart assistant: it watches missions posted on Free-Work, rates (with a fit score) how well they match your search profile and, if you turn on automatic applications, applies for you with your message and CV. An artificial intelligence analysis, for information only, complements the score. FreeworkBot is an independent service, not affiliated with Free-Work.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information, confirm your e-mail address and protect your password. You are responsible for the activity of your account. The service is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business.
4. Free-Work account and responsibility
By linking your Free-Work account, you allow FreeworkBot to sign in to it and apply on your behalf. You state that you are entitled to do so and you are responsible for complying with Free-Work's terms of use. Applications are sent under your responsibility; you can turn automatic applications off at any time.
5. No guarantee of results
FreeworkBot gives no guarantee of obtaining a mission, an answer or a timeframe. The service depends on the Free-Work site, over which we have no control: it may be slowed, interrupted or changed without notice.
6. Prices and payment
Starter plan: billed for each application sent by the assistant (€0.20) and for each offer it analysed then set aside (€0.05), with a minimum charge of €1.00 per monthly invoice as soon as at least one item is charged, and no cap. Offers set aside are only charged if automatic applications are turned on, and only those set aside from 1 December 2026: no offer set aside before that date is charged.
Professional plan: monthly subscription of €19.99 for any new subscription. A Professional subscription already running keeps its price as long as it is not cancelled; if you leave the Professional plan and later take it again, the price in force when you subscribe again applies.
The prices in force are those shown on the home page at the time of the order; they are TTC. Payment is processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which collects the applicable taxes and issues invoices.
7. Term and cancellation
The account has no fixed term. The Professional subscription can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You can ask for your account to be deleted following the procedure on the dedicated page. We may suspend an account in case of abuse or use contrary to these terms.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
9. Artificial intelligence
AI analyses and messages are provided for information. You must read your message before saving it. Processing by third-party providers is described in the privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its brand, texts and design belong to the publisher. "Free-Work" is a trademark of its owner, mentioned only to describe the compatibility of the service.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage (lost opportunity, income or mission) nor for the consequences of Free-Work being unavailable or changed.
12. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
13. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Important changes are flagged to you.
Any price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect; you can cancel free of charge before that date. The Professional subscription is cancelled from the Subscription page of your account; the Starter plan has no commitment: you can turn automatic applications off or ask for your account to be deleted.
